The #1 mistake gymnasts and parents make with nutrition?

When a young compulsory or lower level optional gymnast is training 20-30+ hours a week, there is a VERY good chance they’re not eating in a way that supports the training, repair/recovery, and


Because parents aren’t taught how to fuel high level gymnasts.

🙃20-30+ hours of gymnastics per week is VERY different than 6 hours of T-Ball.

There are a lot of reasons why young gymnasts don’t eat what they should, and a big part of that are just the logistical challenges of long training hours and wonky schedules.

And then, when they are older upper level gymnasts…

For many, everything starts to fall apart from YEARS of inadequate fueling.

This can happen with or without any sort of food/body concern. Most of the time this occurs with what we call “unintentional underfueling”.

Correcting this issue is the single most important thing you can do for your gymnast’s career. Nothing else matters. No supplements, no fancy rehab strategies, no amount of PT, Physio, massage, etc will fix this nutritional issue.

Nutrition is the foundation of everything your gymnast does. And it can literally make or break them.

Meet your Teacher  

Hey hey! I’m Christina Anderson MS, RDN, CSSD, CSP, LD, a board certified pediatric/adolescent registered dietitian sports nutritionist.

I was a competitive gymnast for 9+ years and founded a 100% virtual sports nutrition practice exclusively for gymnasts back in 2019.

It wasn’t until I became a sports dietitian that I realized that what I had been doing with my nutrition as a gymnast was the complete opposite of what I needed, yet how should I have known? (Especially when that’s what everyone else was doing).

Since 2017, I’ve had a private practice and worked with 100s of competitive gymnasts (compulsory through Sr Elite/National Team) and their parents —teaching them to fuel for optimal performance without the stress or overwhelm.

Who is this training for?
This training is for female level 4-10/elite gymnasts and parents (Developmental Program, Elite, NCAA)
Will there be a replay?

Is this only for female gymnasts?

Yes, this particular training is just for female gymnasts and their parents.

Can my gymnast watch the training alone?
This training is designed for parents of competitive gymnasts because they’re in charge of nutrition, etc 🙂
