As soon as you sign up, you’ll get that month’s meal plan delivered straight to your inbox. Each month contains 25 NEW meal and snack recipes, specifically designed for the gymnast. These include recipes for quick & easy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, pre-workout snacks, and bedtime/recovery snacks (and desserts on occasion!).

The meal planning subscription is a tool to help you and your gymnast try new foods, learn to fuel for optimal performance, and experience food in a balanced way that *actually tastes good*. This is not mean to be a diet or a verbatim “eat this” meal plan. Every gymnast is different, she may need more or less if you were to follow the plan to a “T”.

How do I download the plan?

When you subscribe, that first month’s plan will be delivered straight to your inbox (the email you used to purchase with). Then every month after you will get that month’s plan emailed directly to you the 1st of the month until you cancel or hit 12 months. 

What if my gymnast has food allergies?

No problem! Most all the recipes can easily be substituted with gluten free, dairy free, or nut free ingredients options (and most recipes have instructions to do so).

My gymnast needs to [gain weight, lose weight, etc]

This is not a verbatim “eat this” meal plan. This is simply for meal/snack inspriation with recipes specifically designed with the gymnast in mind. If you’re concerned about your gymnast’s nutrition, let’s chat about 1:1 coaching

Is this just for gymnasts?

NOPE! These recipes are for the entire family. I feel very strongly that you shouldn’t be a “short order cook”, so we work really hard to make realistic meals and snacks that *actually taste good* and yet are nourishing. 

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

No problem! This is a no-commitment kind of subscription. You can stay as long as you like or cancel at anytime; you just have to cancel before the first of the month or you’ll be charged for that month since the plan will have been delivered to you.
