The program was so helpful! My gymnast was able to visually see examples and learn for herself, so she can create a good plate and know what snacks she needs when. My gymnast has been fortunate to not been faced with too many injuries etc. However, she is a Level 10 now working towards NCAA/elite track and we wanted to make sure she was adequately fueling herself for optimal performance and to reduce the chance of injury.

How do I cancel the membership?
Just email support at christinaandersonrdn.com and be sure to request before the end of the month or you’ll be charged for the next month.
What if I can't make it to the live workshops!
No worries! We will have the replay posted as quickly as possible for you in the membership platform (24-48 hours). It will be up for at least the month
Can I use my health insurance for the membership?
If you are in the US you can use a HSA card to purchase the membership.
