    We thought we were doing really well with nutrition prior to The Balanced Gymnast Course, but then a lot of really important performance and health related nutrition issues were brought to our attention throughout the course.     We didn’t know a whole lot about nutrition in general prior to The Balanced Gymnast Course and how it helps with gymnastics.  With 20 hours of training weekly, we didn’t know what to do to help her. No one had ever taught us exactly what was needed to fuel properly.
