You have a male gymnast with big goals + dreams who wants to have more energy, get stronger, and actually stay healthy.
Your gymnast is tired and sore all the time and it breaks your heart; you’ve tried chiropractors, supplements, and physical therapists, but nothing has worked
You know your gymnast is not eating enough before or after practice, often skipping meals only to “overdo” later and you’re not sure how to help her find balance
You’ve noticed your gymnast is frequently and easily irritated; you ask how practice went and you’re met with silence or a bad attitude
Your gymnast has been plagued by injuries, fatigue, and you’re wondering if something is missing from their nutrition
If we're a good fit, you’ll be invited to join my the client portal to sign paperwork and get your first session scheduled.
We’ll chat via email with you and your gymnast if need to get more info about what’s going on, what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit to work together!
Please fill out the brief application form to provide me with information about your gymnast.
You'll get lifetime access to all our male specific gymnast nutrition resources--- including on-demand trainings, handouts, fueling guides, and more
We’ve developed performance meal/snack guides, recipe guides, tools and more to support you and your gymnast in learning how to fuel their best performance!
Learn the “advanced strategies” of fueling to help your gymnast stay healthy and have resilience throughout their gymnastics career
Stop guessing or “winging” it (and for the LOVE stop skipping meals to feel “light” before a comp). It takes a LOT of fuel to get through 6 routines without crashing by the end, and it’s easy to mess this up if you go in without a strategic fueling plan.
Learn how normal growth + development/puberty and how underfueling relates to injuries, performance, bone health, and so much more
Every gymnast NEEDS a Performance Nutrition Strategy or the intentional nutrition and hydration before, during, and after a workout to optimize performance and adaptation to training. There’s a big difference between “snacking” vs “fueling”.
Learn how to build performance meals/snacks that will help take your gymnast to that next level
Learn how to KNOW if your gymnast is eating enough + troubleshoot common issues with fueling that get in the way of your gymnast getting what they need to THRIVE

// Colt Walker, Sr Elite, US National Team, Stanford NCAA ’25
By the start of the season in January, the difference was noticeable. My energy in practices improved dramatically, and during long competitions I felt steady instead of depleted. Beyond day-to-day fueling, Christina was instrumental in helping me prepare for competitions. She helped map out detailed nutrition plans, identify reliable food options while traveling, and plan practical snacks for competition days. During hectic international travel for the 2023 World Championships and 2023 Pan Am Games, as well as high-pressure meets like the 2024 U.S. Championships and 2024 Olympic Trials, she helped remove the stress around logistics so I could stay focused on competing.
Within just a few sessions, we built a nutrition plan that matched the intensity and level I was competing at.
