Where are you located?
Christina Anderson RDN | The Gymnast Nutritionist™ is a 100% virtual practice. We are located in Wyoming (military life), but we use email, phone, and video messaging to educate and provide as much support as possible! So wherever you are, we’ll take care of you and your gymnast.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United, and Tricare. Coverage varies between insurers and is never a guarantee, but 90% of clients have great success with their visits being significantly covered. You can also use FSA or HSA accounts with us or we can provide a superbill if out of network.
Do you make meal plans?
Your gymnast will get so much more than a meal plan! Meal plans don’t teach you to think about nutrition for yourself and be able to fuel and nourish “whenever, wherever, and with whatever”. Do you only work with female gymnasts?
No! While we LOVE all things pink which can be misleading, we work with ALL athletes, but specifically gymnasts. This includes artistic, rhythmic, acrobatic, and more. We are often sought out for our non-diet approach and specialized training in disordered eating or chronic health conditions.
